FLORENCE, Ala. – Aligned Holdings, Inc. today announced the appointment of Adam Swims as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective Oct. 1. Swims succeeds Bill J. Lyons, who is stepping down at the end of September after leading the company as President and CEO. Lyons will remain engaged with the organization as Chairman of the Board and in an advisory role.

Lyons said the timing was right to step back from daily operations while continuing to support the company’s long-term growth strategy. “It has been a privilege to work alongside such a talented team,” Lyons said. “Adam has the vision, experience, and leadership skills to take Aligned Holdings to new heights, and I am confident in his ability to guide the company forward.”

Swims joined the organization in 2017 as a Business Development Manager in West Tennessee, later serving as Corporate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. Following the sale of Lyons HR in 2024, he became Vice President of Finance and Administration for Aligned Holdings.
